Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Once entrants have entered their details via www.momondo.co.uk/copenhagenprizedraw/, they are automatically entered into the free prize draw. NB Email Privacy Policy: We will not pass your data on to third parties.

Entry to the free prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and is legally binding.

In order to participate, entrants must hold a valid email address. The closing date for entries is 15th January 2012. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

The final draw will take place on 16th January 2012. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the draw by email. The prize winner is required to accept his/her prize by email within FIVE days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter's discretion. This prize draw is open to UK and Irish residents aged 18 years and over who hold a valid passport. Employees of Cheapflights Media Ltd., its subsidiaries, its agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw are excluded from entering the prize draw. The promoter (Momondo.co.uk) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

• Prize: There is one main prize consisting of: Two Economy Class round trip tickets to Copenhagen with two nights’ accommodation in a double room from Friday to Sunday at the Hotel Nyhavn 71. The journey is valid anytime until 31st December 2012.
• It is the winner's responsibility to organise any related travel arrangements such as travel to/from airports, passports, insurance, or visa should the winners require them for travel to Denmark and return to the UK.
• Flights will depart from London and Tickets are subject to availability of flights and accommodation on the dates requested by the winner; alternative dates may need to apply.
• The winner must be the person travelling with a named companion, both of whom should be 18 years or over and must travel together. Tickets are non-transferable.
• The prize does not include: airport transfers, travel insurance, health insurance, gratuities, additional accommodation expenses such as telephone calls, upgrades and incidentals, any additional meals, pre or post tour accommodation, spending money, personal expenses, entrance fees or any other costs or expenses. All such expenses on receipt and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The winner also receives a brand new guide to Copenhagen prepared by Momondo and Noma, recently voted the world's best restaurant.
• There are ten runner-up prizes of the Copenhagen Guide Book.
• The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.

Momondo shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on Momondo.co.uk and/or Cheapflights Newsletter or news blog.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Momondo shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize has been underwritten by Momondo who will organise all travel matters and the prize winner will be selected on a fair and random basis. The winner's name can be made available upon request.
