My flight on Friday 15th feb . Was cancelled by my airline . I was unable to find an alternate flight until the next day . I emailed in to say I would be collecting my hire car . When I arrived an a later flight . I found my car has been re let . My money taken and no spare cars to give me . I feel let down . Robbed off my money and no assistance at all from anyone to compensate me for this . I ask that this matter be looked at please . It is not fair that due to no fault of my own . My hire car money has gone . I had to pay again to another company to hire a car at great expense

The pickup process was longer than normal but the staff was friendly The drop off location was permanently closed but no notification was provided at the airport pickup 2 days earlier. The key drop was an electronic complicated type with no English. Someone helped with it that knew how it worked

I rented a gas car was given electric. Very dissapointed with the experience, instead of enjoying my vacation I was looking for my next charge station or waiting for the car to charge

Cleanliness of the vehicle and ready to go, getting the car you request it is a plus, but it is a big but with the counter service, very slow and lock of personal, at the pick time took me to long to get it and I was forced to drop off the car's key on the drop off box, because was a long line and a limited personal assistance at the counter really make it a little unpleasant, not sure if everything will be alright with my bill. Could not wait for assistance at the moment of returned the key because had to catch my flight.

Car with fault and no one to talk to. Phone numbers to budget not working. Then when finding a working number, waiting for two hours before line cuts. No one replies to email. Tried extending but same again - noone to talk to. Drove to airport to talk to them and noone at budget desk. No online extending function

We were a day late for a two week rental and the car was completely given away, so we didn’t get our rental car at all and was told a refund was not an option. We just wanted the remaining 13 days that we paid for.

Despite having forwarded a deposit of $445 on our rental vehicle, Hertz gave our car away to another customer, had no replacement, and claimed they did not have our money (they did). This created a cascade of unfortunate events and inconvenience, plus a substantial increase in cost. They very nearly ruined our trip! We plan to seek compensation for our angst and trouble.

I was given an electric car and although I was assured it would be "easy" to charge, I faced a lot of difficulty because the charging stations in Norway require steady data to be used. I also had to download a lot of different apps and creat accounts (that required refundable deposits on my credit card). There were a few times in the mountains where I could t get a decent connection and my car wouldn't charge! I was stranded until a nice local paid for some charge for me. The payment system also works better with Norwegian credit cards.

I returned the rental a few day early because of the short range the all electric rental had and the difficulty I had in finding working charging stations in central Norway. If the rental agencies have to push all electric cars to their customers they should provide the info or pass cards required to use the various charging companies

They do not give cars to 69 countries drivers. Check list and please share online. Never book on SixT. All others are fine.
