I stayed here a few times. Love everything about this authentic hotel. Staff are beautiful, very friendly & warm. The rooms are spotless & spacious. So close to everything. Very secure & comfortable. Fabulous aircon. I enjoy my stay whenever I come To Florence. My favourite hotel. .

Fabulous location. Walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants and bars. Beautifully presented. Breakfast cheap, and adequate.
I booked a single room. It was clean and bathroom good. But no window. There was a glass panel over the door, but it opened on to a corridor , not outside space. No fridge in room, and air conditioning noisy.
The room was amazing and overall the hotel was great - very central location. A special shoutout to the lovely lady & staff member (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) but you made our stay even better - you’re the perfect example of great hospitality and we felt so welcome. They’re lucky to have you working at the hotel. The breakfast spread in the morning was excellent too.
Really nothing - the room maybe felt a little dark with not much natural lighting but overall it was great. We found our adapters to charge electronics didn’t work so you may need to request one from reception.
