Wonderful location next to the Medici tombs & San Lorenzo. Minutes away from the Academia, Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo. The property itself is very grand and beautiful with lovely frescoed ceilings and stylish furnishings. Very well appointed bathroom. Great WiFi. Lift access to property. Everything about the place is comforting and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The location was fantastic! Really close to everything.
There was a sound coming from the bar close to the room and the light from the thermostat quite strong which wasn’t pleasant.
It was a very nice quiet with beautiful rooms. Staff was very nice. Also in the city center and close to train station.
Hotel was a little difficult to find at first because there was no big sign.

Fantastic location, the most beautiful hotel room you could wish for. The art on the ceilings and walls was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and quiet location yet close to all major sights in Florence. Breakfast was continental and set in the main reception room. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Signage on the door to get in wasn’t clear. Looks just like an apartment block. Couldn’t get our euro electricity converter sockets to work but the lady in reception lent us one that worked.Read more
Definitely a must stay, when entering the hotel you feel the most welcome.
Great location, views and cosy. Staff were excellent.
Cost was a bit high.
