Beautiful spacious junior suite. Loved the frescoes. Good location. Quiet. Friendly staff.

The location was great! The room was great!
The morning staff seemed very overwhelmed. We did not get all of the breakfast foods that were available, however, the only person on duty seemed very overwhelmed. The coffee was very very very stale.
The design and decoration of the space, the friendly lady who works in the morning shift.
1. The bed seems very old, it cave in at the center, indicating many slept on the same place resulting it. 2. Next is staff can't problem solve for guest. Unless hospitality in Asia, the guest problem is the hotel problem and in Asia, staff will solve them for guest while here they won't solve a problem that isn't theirs, their RACI (responsible) is black and white. 3. The first impression was the young lady at the desk, "Giulia" who made you feel important and was very professional. Since I knew my room would not be ready, she took care of my bags and offered a cappuccino, as well as a map and directions to nearby attractions. During my whole stay, she was most helpful and made me feel that I mattered. She truly is an asset to the hotel.
Small details help to distinguish a boutique hotel from others. 1 - A card on how to operate the TV and the language preference, and the channels available. Clean the TV control. Maybe improve the mattress.
The location was great, less than a 10-minute walk from the bus and tram stations, and all the major attractions. There a lots of restaurants nearby and the area feels safe.
I had a terrible time finding it, as the signage was small and hard to see in the dark. Additionally, I didn’t know how to get the door to open. Fortunately, another guest came by and explained it. Note that the outer door is very heavy, and I had a hard time pushing it open.
