Pros (+) Good location in the old part of the city. Quiet room with AC. Easy tram ride to the airport. Close to train station. Small fridge to keep personal items. Walk around easily to the whole old historic part of the city.
Cons (-) Some renovations of building going on when I was there. Maybe extra signage to reception would be nice.

Pros (+) Great location. About 6 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. Great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful and really made the stay!
