Great location, only 5 minutes to Duomo, 5 minutes to the train station, hop on hop off stop and other important buildings. I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient and met expectations. Additionally, the hotel’s central location made it convenient to reach many key attractions and amenities in the area. I would consider staying here again in the future.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and the furniture in the room could be improved on. The mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable.
