Niccolo at the front desk in particular was FABULOUS. So friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. We loved the ceilings in the hotel. The location is also super fabulous.
We wish there was more clothing storage and we had issues with the water pressure in the shower.
We booked this hotel because it was heavily promoted on Instagram and looked absolutely beautiful in the photos. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. It seems that only one room is stylish, spacious, and properly renovated, while the rest of the hotel, including the building itself, looks extremely old, poorly maintained, and nothing like what is advertised. Wonderful location, more quiet and quaint & very safe compared to some of the more touristy locations. But seriously so close to everything. The hotel was 5 min from the Duomo great location. Hotel was very clean and everyone who worked there was very nice

The room was huge compared to other options. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. the location is ideal—just a short walk to both the train station and the Duomo.
