Confusing to get in to and I didn’t have a phone out there
The hotel is wonderful - great location, excellent staff, and my room #1 was the best I could imagine. But when I had to extend my stay and moved to a smaller room #7, it reminded me a prison sell. That room needs to be eliminated not to interfere with the reputation of the hotel.
Breakfast has very poor, limited choices. Room #7 is extremely small and uncomfortable. Other rooms and customer service, ambiance and location are outstanding though.

Everything!!! The hotel is elegant, the location is fantastic and the staff, especially Guilia, we're delightful. Guila couldn't have been more helpful - thank you ! Also importantly, great shower, very comfy bed, excellent WIFI and a delicious breakfast. I would live to come back and spend more time in Florence and would absolutely stay at Hotel Burchianti again.
