DislikedThe value for money is just not there, the rooms are outdated, and the installations including electricity sockets, bathroom and overall amenities in the room are just not there. They have a collaboration with a parking garage in "nearby", but what they don't tell you is that they will move your car 3 km away and In my situation give it back to you with scratches on the door handle.

LikedThe hotel is great in all aspect. It is located right in the heart of Florence, a few walk away from the tram stop from/to the airport and the Duomo. Has great restaurants and shops surrounding the area too. The staffs were lovely, hospitable, and helpful. They ensured that I had a smooth check-in and check-out process and a very pleasant stay. The room is absolutely great and comfortable, and what’s also awesome is the interior of the hotel. Both the hotel and the room were always kept clean. My experience definitely exceeded my expectation; so much that after a long day of sightseeing and exploring Florence, I looked forward to go back to the hotel and enjoy my stay!
