check in was a nightmare. We had to use the automated machines and were assisted by the hotel staff. He "checked in" for us using his local language. With all his guidance. it allocated us 2 separate rooms located at 2 different buildings. I had to queue for over an hour to speak to customer service and have them to amend the room allocation. Rooms were really small but location was amazing right at the heart of genting. Check in was a nightmare since we booked on a weekend and could not do self check in. There was no guidance on how to check in with agoda booking.

This is an honest review. The check-in experience was extremely poor and exhausting. We waited nearly four hours just to get our room. While housekeeping was acceptable, the front desk staff were unprofessional—they showed little patience, provided no clear explanations, and lacked basic courtesy toward guests. Reached property at 3pm and advised by staffs to do a self-check-in at their stations. System was not able to locate my booking and staff asked me to do a manual check-in at the counter.
