Lots of food court.
Rooms were not great as per the price and even no internet.
Fridge not cold. Inadequate lighting. No air conditioning.
The location, the self check in and express check out were superb. Book through Resort World official website for smoother self-check in, or else you have to queue twice. Room is small, but clean and comfortable. I paid extra rm5 for mountain view which totally worth it!
The breakfast place is not on the same building, you have to queue for shuttle. I didn’t managed to go as I stayed only for a night and i need to rush for checkout at 11am. I didn’t know about the breakfast place need to take shuttle when i book so i took the room together with the breakfast, so u have to plan well. Location, near with amenities
The room is overpriced with old & outdated style, i can accept if the room is small, but the toilet look old and super small, also there’s no TV inside the room , floor 17- 784
Nearby the theme park
No mineral no kettle and so difficult to iron ur shirt u need to go out from ur romm
Check in and checkout were seemless. A self check in over the machine.
1. Fan control malfunction. 2. Blocked sink. 3. Breakfast was arrange at another hotel without prior notice. 4. Bed too firm, not comfortable. Stayed 3rd time due to location near to Arena of stars.
Near to shopping/dining/theme park/cable car Fast check-in with Kiosk within only 5 mins I arrived lobby 2:20 PM And paid only 5 ringgit for early check-in
No toiletries Very thin towels , smallest TV I’ve ever been stay in hotel Very far for breakfast area as sharing space with other hotels No information how to get there, just walk there she said
It was close to the elevator.
Need hot water boiler (kettle) in the room.

Smoke smell even on non smoking room. Really quite small. Prices are fine on non peak seasons. Floor a bit dirty. Shower head dirty too. Can be improved.
When i reach there i get the queue number 12pm we reach and our number come at 2.45 and then we get the room. Break fast is so far need to walk for 25 to 30 min to reach coffee terrace
