Frankly we always look for short cuts to our intended spot from hotel Tower 3. Am not sure where is our location when whenever we explore plaza / outdoor team park like a map indicating our present location like " I am here" on the same floor like sky avenue,
We have to locate the hotel Coffee Terrace for breakfast.
Location
Checkin took almost 3 hrs. Staff were not at all friendly. Everything is in a mess. It was really difficult to find the route map. Complementary breakfast restaurant was very far and it took almost one hour to locate it as no staff was able to tell where exactly was the restaurant.
Indoor and outdoor parks are next to hotel property. Room was clean.
Rooms are not spacious, recommended only if you want a bed to sleep at night. Next door guest was smoking in the room. Room walls are not sound proof, mid night next door guest taking shower disturbed our sleep.

Check in was a tedious procedure. Waited 3 hours after the check in time. The self check in kiosks were malfunctioning and the staff did not seem to care. If they did not have a monopoly they would be empty.
Check in was a disaster. Room view faced another room. TV did not work. Drab room. Toilet space very crammed.

Affordability of the accomodation and the location
The checking in process was by far the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world
Only the central location was ok, even then there is not any way to get out of hotel premises to see around what does not belong to the same hotel.
Waiting time is at least 3 hours to get checked in manually. Auto check-in works only for 20% people. If you booked through a portal of booking com. Then first you need to stay in a queue and this you know one you were already in 2 queues. 20 minutes in the queue and she should enter only your passport number, so that you are able to check in over machine.
