Terrible , I've to Q so many times just to checked in. 1 after another , none stop q-ing. And I've booked 2 nights yet it appear in their system 1 night while my booking thru agoda is 2 nights, instead of amending the mistake , they asked me to return to the counter after 10pm when there's no more crowd so that they can extend the stay for me ! Terrible check in process for those using 3rd Party app like Agoda, Trip, etc. You are made to queue like they dont care-less by 1 or 2 staff. If book direct, can use the self-checkin machines.

Price is consider expensive based on the general hotel standard room setup, as compare to other location's hotel, solely because the location is at Genting Highland. Nothing to be picky if the purpose is just for sleeping. Even mineral water is not provided. Breakfast is not convenient for time being as the Food Factory is temporary closed, need take shuttle or walk a distance to Grand Hotel lobby...

Tiny room with no air-conditioning. Hot af. Hotel tower 3 far af. Walk until leg pain. Lift is slow as well and no aircon.

My opinion: 1.) I will stay here if i take bus, as it's next to integrated resorts & malls. 2.) If i drive here, & not keen to visit casinos, then i probably choose to stay at a hotel away from here, as it will be value for money. I think it's an overpriced, small, stuffy & old spartan room.

Took so much time to get room.. room is too small and need to walk a lot if you get in tower 3.. for breakfast need to take shuttle bus which is again need to wait in the big queue and go to another hotel 10min journey..return also same

Check in process very troublesome and slow. A lot ppl even after 3pm still not able to check in thru the check in kiosk. Taking number taking forever like 400 ppl ahead of the number.
