Pros (+) The history and the elegance. It was clean and comfortable and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The ghost tour was a letdown. The tour guide seemed bored and kept asking us if she had told us everything.

Cons (-) They have not done a very good job of keeping the grounds nice. There is construction going on. But the flowers and other areas need attention. The room we had was ok. Paid way too much for what the room was. The bed did not even have a dust ruffle on it. So that made it look cheap. They need to put soap dish for the soap next to the sink. Pros (+) Everything was just better than what I anticipated. The beds were amazing! The views were breathtaking! Every staff member was beyond courteous and aaccommodating. It was a fabulous experience.

Cons (-) Way too many people around. Tours, tours, and more tours. It was more crowded than Disneyland and it was with people who were not even staying there. Parking was a fiasco due to construction. Lots of construction going on. We were assigned a room in a separate building from the hotel (called the Lodge).
