Pros (+) The location was in The Rocks. We had a nice view from our windows. Our room was really clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was yummy too. The staff were lovely to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) I absolutely adored the entire stay here, the room was gorgeous and the attention to detail was even more impressive. But my favourite part was the open windows, it’s so hard to find a hotel now that has windows, overall was extremely beautiful stay!!!

Pros (+) Fantastic location!! Easily within walking distance to Circular Quay and surrounds. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower! Breakfast was also included.
Cons (-) Though the breakfast was very nice, the wait time for the food were quite long. The hotel is very busy so it was understandable.

Cons (-) Bit of a rabbit warren with corridors everywhere, easy to get lost.

Pros (+) Amazing staff especially the French man at reception during the day. He was exceptional with customer service (I forgot his name) he made everything easy and looked after our bags for us after arriving in from a cruise. All staff were so lovely. Shared bathroom was so clean and little comforts like robes provided. They even write a personal card. I have traveled a lot and never had a personal card...
Cons (-) My only downside is there are many stairs so not as suitable perhaps for people who cant carry their bags. There is an elevator to take you up and down but still need to get down a couple of stairs. Was fine for fit people.

Pros (+) Hotel above the "Fortune of War" pub, Sydney's oldest Pub, just a quick walk down the stairs and you're in the bar or restaurant, excellent location in The Rocks, and near Circular Quay and the Opera house. The hotel has been recently renovated and was very nice and comfortable.
Cons (-) We were told our room had a kettle, but it didn't, but it was only a short walk down the hall to an instant boiling water tap, so it wasn't a big deal, it did mean you had to leave the room though.
