I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

A great professional team at Guilford Enterprise. They were polite, friendly and professional without being too over familiar or trying too hard with niceties to get a good review. Young lady who served me was very efficient. Great service and convenient- I will definitely use this branch again.
