It was such a pleasure walking into the Rent-A-Car company, and immediately accosted with a beautiful smile and offer of coffee or drinks. What a pleasant experience.!! Everyone was delightful. It's the little things that make people want to return to a business offering a service. I will definitely talk about my experience at six with all my friends and I will definitely rent from them again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, no wait or hassle. Did not try to push me to buy insurance or any other extras.

I have rented from Sixt in the US before and had a good opinion of them. The price was good and the drop off instructions were handy and acurate. This is the first time I've rented from them in Europe and there were a few things that tarnished their corporate image of them. First, they didn't have my desired car. I was upgraded to a compact SUV because compact car that I booked was unavailable -- a small car for the small streets of Spanish towns would have been better and I don't like higher rides. It was also hard to find the car in Seville lot and nobody from Sixt was around to help. I also felt pressured by the agent in Seville to get additional insurance that I didn't need. The drop off location in Grenada is in an underground parking lot that wasn't well lit.

Handling of costumer at the desk was very poor. I was denied for the car I had booked and after wasting one and a half hour at desk we were upgraded. There policy was not clear.

The easiest and friendliest car rental process ever! Booked online for Nelson Airport pickup and return Feb ‘24. Cheerful and helpful man at the desk. No surprises. Smooth process. But be aware that there is an extra surcharge for the airport ( ours was $45).

They gave me a ride back to my hotel after I returned the car....

The car made an insane vibrating bass sound that people could hear from outside, it sounded like there was some black market subwoofer in there. I rented this car to attend my grandfathers FUNERAL. I’m in the procession sounding like I’m blasting bass filled music! I tried to call them to be like what on earth and they never answered. When I returned the vehicle and reported the noise to them they were like “oh yeah we know about that, this type of car is probably going to get recalled because they all make that noise.” Seems like something one would mention BEFORE. Also took like 45 minutes to get the car because they had one person at the desk and the people in front of us didn’t have a shred of the details they needed so there was just a line forming behind them. Also the car was overdue for an oil change by THREE THOUSAND miles and the car kept sending an alert about how the oil life was at 0%. When I told them this when dropping off the car they were just like “oh yeah we know”

They said pickup was at the airport. It is not. You have to walk 1/3 mile with your luggage to take a shuttle to their place which is 15 minutes away. I waited thirty minutes for the shuttle and finally gave up and rented from another company.

Location of vehicle was a bit far from airport but shuttle service was very good!

First car had axle issues not discoverable until we got above 52mph. This took around an hour of driving to reach a road where that speed was possible. So returned car. Returned car had issue with oil light turning on when parked on a slope. Kept car and topped up oil.

The price was a lot higher than on the website

Was charged an horrendous excess for a chipped windscreen, with no evidence it was not there before I took the car. Feel like I have been taken advantage of. Will not use Enterprise again.

Pickup was easy - we were greeted warmly and immediately. Manjit did a nice job explaining the process. We were served quickly at drop off as well.

The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy. Will rent from Alamo again.

Very personal service and friendly efficient staff. The shuttle to T5 is literally 5 minutes making pick up and return very easy. Would recommend! Oh, and the car was brand new, economical on fuel yet great fun to drive - Nissan Juke.
