Inside the car was ok, but the outside needs paint and stop doing patch up jobs. It’s was obvious that car has not been taken care of. Scratches everywhere, the bumper was fixed but looked as thought any touch it would fall again. Historically when renting cars else where it would be new to fairly new. But with them each time it’s shoddy looking car.

Car pictured look the size of a Ford Explorer. But it was like the size of a Ford Escape. Car ran poorly. Had to return 6 days early and just taxi around Jamaica. When returning to desk… I found that the initial money that was supposed to be on hold, posted to my account. So when I returned the charged me again the actual amount of the car. It has been almost 7 days and my initial hold money has not been returned to my card. I called corporate and they said they will investigate for 3 days and notify me of the response. This should have been a quick and easy fix. But I guess not. Bad experience. Still without my $2000 In reserve money.

The staff at Ace was excellent. They were very polite and professional. I had no issues to complain. The car was fluid efficient, which is what I needed in today’s high gas prices. I especially love the drop off location in New Kingston. Which saved me this long trip back to airport.
