The car was like it had been involved in various alterations! Very disappointed with the quality however customer services at airport was excellent

Despite Alamo/Enterprise's claim that they have a rental counter at Brisbane International Airport, they do not. They let you book and then 4 or so hours before your flight lands they send you an email that the counter is closed due to covid and make you head over to the domestic terminal to collect your car. Not practical and against current international arrival covid management regulations (can't travel on public transport)
