Car provided had bald tyre, which we identified when that very tyre blew. Were provided with replacement vehicle, however, gob smacked that the very vehicle provided at commencement of rental was unroadworthy.
Charged an after hours fee even though advised of arrival time and no mention of possible fee at time of booking. When returned the car early was not issued a refund but pushed off to the original third party booking site. Great example of a company that gives zero f@#ks about their customers.
Our flight was delayed which resulted in us not being able to collect the car at the allocated time. We were charged an additional $70 for this, apparently the office was closed (although there was a staff member working & customers behind us). This was not made apparent to us on booking.
Easy pick up and drop off service. I was called the day before pick up and day after pick up for confirmation and to ensure all was well with the car and service. Friendly staff who offered several options for paid upgrades as well as recommendations for local restaurants and activities. 10/10 for customer service.
