They could not find my reservation - then left the desk for home. Luckily Hertz found a car for me.
Excellent , friendly service. Easy car pick up and return.
Service was fine, friendly. Liked the employees. The car (Jetta) was a stripped down model, not comfortable, made odd noises at 30 mph and would not let me back out of a parking space (I assume because of the Autostop technology). The engine would restart, but it would not engage the transmission. Lessen learned. I suppose paying twice the price of my airline ticket (for one week) was not enough to get a respectable vehicle.
