Unexpected charges when picking up the vehicle. Car condition wasn’t that good
There was No Vehicle available at all. Just unbelievable. They didn’t have the decency to call and let me know. Besides that, they wanted me to wait 3 hours to get one. Absolutely ridiculous. I would suggest don’t do business with them. I had to rent from another company and I was told that situation that happened to me HAPPENS A LOT !!!
It was terrible, at the time to pick the car, the lady wnet up wit the price. The insurance She was giving me, was the same as the rent of the car. I understand that we are going from USA and they think we have a lot of money, that why they try to rise the prices at the momento to pick the car. I rejected theirs price and rented better and cheaper car with CAR EXPPRESS. So AVIS, DON’T treat the customer with that kind the price. You are renting the cars more expensive that here in California.

It was very nice they were gentle they us to the place were they bring the car closer to you and lady waited we us outside very friendly and nice peoples thank you Avis We will definitely rent a car them again
