The car was filthy. The front tires were bald. There was a horrible grinding sound when the car turned. The staff issuing the car was not friendly at all.
The woman at the desk was abrasive. The vehicle I was given was not even close to what was on the contract nor was it what I ordered. There was another person who had the same issue.
First of all don’t confirm reservations online if you can’t honor them. Worst customer experience ever.
