The service agent at the counter was awesome!! Great service and very nice
My flight was delayed due to weather. Even though Budget had my flight information, when I arrived they were closed and I had to order a taxi. It took so long that by time I arrived at where I was staying, all of the restaurants had closed their kitchens and I didn't eat anything for dinner on a long day of travel.
Car was not cleaned, smelled, and had damages all over! Rear view mirror came off while driving
