The first car I received was unfortunately, difficult to drive because the transmission was subpar. I called the rental office and they immediately told me that they could give me a different car. The second car I received was much better and I had no problems with it during the month of rental.
Friendly and courteous staff. When our turn came, the signing process took less than 5 minutes. However, the wait to be seen was the longest out of all the rental agencies. Had to spend 20 mins in the sun in 90 degree weather. The car was dated, not clean. Had a very distinct smell of moisture that barely went away with the time of our rental. Also cloth seats had white patterned lines from salt
They gave my car away and yet charged me for the insurance. I was in aruba. Pissed me off!! Jay's rentals really helped me out though!!
Pros:Staff was pleasant & helpful At checkin I left some papers. An agent figured out they were mine brought them out to me.
Cons:The facility is small and congested. But it is also close and well run🙂
Easy as can be for pick-up and drop-off. We had a tire go low and just drove it in and they put a new tire on immediately. Highly recommend!
