I like that the car pickup and drop off was close and convenient. I disliked I had to switch from a premium car to and SUV that reeked of smoke/weed and other vile smells. Interior was slimy and hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down very well. My son had to detox all the interior touch points with Clorox cloths before our drive.

Car left lot with broken headlight. Had to drive through night with issue. Swapped out car next day. Very inconvenient and dangerous. Replacement car was older, harder to drive, and had less convenient tech. Over 12 hrs after drop off and I still have not received confirmation and final receipt.
