When I reserved the car I chose a compact/midsize car as I always do when I rent, simply to save money. When I picked up the car at this location, they only have SUVs for rent. I still payed the same price as the car as I had reserved, but the SUV used a lot of gas. Think twice about renting here unless you can afford to throw your money away on excessive gas usage. Otherwise, the rental experience was just fine.

Never received any service. Vehicle unavailable upon my arrival to pick up IN SPITE OF RECEIVING MULTIPLE CONFIRMATIONS PRIOR. Staff unable to find ANY solution to the situation. Loss of time, energy and money. Refund requested, stay away.

When I went to get my rental the place was closed and they had to cancel my rental and they couldn't find me another rental so I lost out on my trip and my money I spent on my trip I couldn't get it back. And I didn't get back all the money I payed for the rental.

This was overall a terrible experience for me. The car was extremely dirty (both inside and outside) at pick-up. The drop-off experience was even worst. I made a reservation for a day, traveling from PA to CT for an estimated cost of $201.24 due at pick-up. I dropped off the car around noon (mid-day) on the same day. A few days later, I checked my bank account and saw that they charged me $631.33 (triple the initial estimated price I agreed with at pick-up). It turns out that when I dropped off the car, the agent did not add it to the system until three days later, which he confirmed to me himself. Then, he told me to call the company for a reimbursement, which would take two to three weeks. When I called Hertz, they confirmed that they charged me for three days instead of one and told me they would do what is necessary to deal with the issue. I still have not received any follow-up calls or emails from them. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible of them.

I need my money back. The agent made a mistake that I ended up paying for.
