Pros:Pick up was horrible they increased my price without knowledge from $98 to $131 and I prepaid so theu charged it without permission said its called supply in demand I was ticked I will never used hertz ever again !!! Ever !!!! They had one worker checking in so I was standing in line with 8 ppl ahead of me and probably 8 behind me and the price gouge on rental im so against it amd im sharing this with everyone i know
Cons:They are slow ,deceitful ,and I will never use again plus after increasing price after I prepaid i asked can't ypu at least honor my military discount they said no cause ypu prepaid so if I was jist checking you in I coild have gave ypu a discount, so they don't honor a prepaid customer they are horrible customer service
The van that I had reserved and paid for 3 months in advance was "not available" when we arrived to pick it up. I specifically needed a large vehicle for college graduation and move out and this affected plans and I had to scramble to make new arrangements which cost twice as much. Will never trust Hertz again.
