The car I reserved was not available and there were no others available. I had someone drive me 30 minutes to get there which could have been prevented if they had called me. I was very disappointed not to have a car after I had a confirmation number and was really counting on it. The workers in the store were nice, though.

My true opinion on Hertz rental Agency is very poor. This company just come out of bankruptcy and will definitely going to the same in near future. . This is my second rentals online with third party reservations site. Everytime I went to Hertz I was told they don't have the vehicle I rented for that matter any vehicle similar for me to pickup. They have incompetent agent in every location I visited. I guess this is what you get for dealing with bankrupt company in the first place. DONOT DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET.
