The friendliness and promptness of the staff. Also, vehicle ran well and, a bit overpriced for 6 days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I made the reservation for a manual vehicle and called to change to automatic with no issues and then needed to extend the reservation, again with no issues. Very pleasant. Would highly recommend

I liked nothing !! They charged me way more than when I booked the car they gave me a bad car it wA dirty and not the description of the car when I food there will NEVER EVER BOOK FEOM them again !!

Pick Up customer service

The ease of pick up wasn’t bad, the pickup location was a bit sketchy. The car was well old, the seat belt in the back for my 6 year old wouldn’t retract. Vehicle should not be in service for a rental car company. At times the car would rattle as if it wanted to stall out. I drove from Montego Bay to St. Andrew Content Gap and back to within the week. For $300 you get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t rent from ADDCAR again, I’d pay more and get a newer and more reliable vehicle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible experience with Budget in Montego Bay. Terrible customer service. Rude and not accommodating. I waited 3 hours to receive my rental which I reserved 3 months in advance. They will try to say you did something to the car to get more money. They will try to scam you. Take a video of the car before you drive off. Also the cars are poor quality and not that clean.

I showed up at the airport and they had no car so I was stranded... along with many other persons coming from the United States. and all they say was they had no car. Nothing else

No car was available .it would be nice to actually get a car.

I like the customer service from Malcolm who listened to my concerns and addressed the issue a few days later. The first car I received had a cloudy speedometer and i could only be seen from 40 km onwards. As they had ran out of cars, I was told to return it the following day at 11:30am for another, but when I showed up Malcolm was not there and I met a rude, grumpy person, who could not be bothered, told me they had no cars, and when I pointed out another to him, he told me it was not clean. I told him I would still take it as I could see the dials. I asked him to clean/ sanitize the inside (steering wheel etc) and he offered me very a dirty cloth. I asked him to clean it and he became grumpier and told me he had nothing to clean it with. I then asked him to note the defects on the car and he told me both he and Malcolm knew all the faults on all their cars. I had to go around the car and insisted that he made a note of all scratches and dents. Most of their cars are old and for what they are worth, I believe they over charge. I would only ever rent from them again if I knew I would be dealing with Malcolm.

They did not have a car for our reservation. No explanation other than we’re busy.
