Pros:The location was close to the airport.
Cons:Didn't have a full tank of gas in the car (only a little more than 1/4 tank filled). When I left, I asked if they'd reimburse me if I brought the car back with additional gasoline and was told they would. But then I returned it, I was told I wouldn't get the money back for the additional gas in the car. I had to fight it until they gave me something. Car was not cleaned thoroughly (there were tickets from past renters still in the car) and the vehicle's brakes were in HORRIBLE condition. Additionally, they try to put a $5,000 USD hold on your credit card if you don't get insurance with them.
Very accommodating.
