Located in the centre of the city of Mindelo, close to all principal tourist and commercial places the Aparthotel Avenida is known for its comfort and installations. The Laginha beach is 5 minutes walk, the bay of Porto Grande is 3 minutes walk, the garden namely Praca Nova (Praca Amilcar Cabral), the Government Palace - Palacio do Governo, Rua de Lisboa - is a busy commercial city of Mindelo and Municipality called Camara Municipal are all one minute walk. While taking your breakfast in our hotel you can enjoy the beautiful view of the bay of Porto Grande one of the ten wonders of the world bays with the view of Monte Cara (Face Mountain or Washington Face) at the far end. The Aparthotel Avenida has 5 rooms with all the amenities necessary to have a great vacation at this beautiful destination.
