Property was incredibly clean and had all the facilities we desired. All staff we communicated with were super friendly and helpful. Perfect.
Quite noisy with road works which we realise are not within the hotels control but we maybe should have asked for a different apartment as the works were quite loud.

Not much at all
We have visited this property before as Sunterra and Diamond Resorts members on many occassions. In the past it was difficult to get a sun bed but the new method of reserving a bed worked well. We also prefer the new pool (without the island). The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. To conclude we thank you all for making our first holiday with our grandson so enjoyable.
It is a shame the nightclub has now closed but this is a minor issue.

the building is a little dated but maintained the cleanliness There wasn't 2 single bed so one of us had to use the sofa bed
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff cleaning constantly. Very friendly staff. Excellent system for booking the sun loungers.
Restaurant wasn’t great. Food just about average and that is being generous.

It had everything you’d need, would be perfect for a family, older couple, someone who just wants to sit down with a book and be left alone or stay at the hotel
Personally we were a young couple so the location was a bit far out from good restraunts and bars, we needed to taxi everywhere, but was nice and close to airport. The restaurant there was average
Lovely sea views, very clean spacious family room. Staff are very helpful. Lovely walkway to the harbour or to the next village. Nice quiet location.

There is only one thing that let's it down at times and it may depend on wind direction. There was a strong smell of drains or sewer wafting about, even on our balcony and we were on level 8
