Pros (+) Service was great. Communication with staff great. View and room size was good.
Cons (-) Temperature of water in the shower. There needs to be a Luke warm option. The pressure of the shower head needs to be greater.

Pros (+) Beautiful location, beautiful staff. Wonderful room but we didn’t realise this was a dry hotel with no room service.
Cons (-) We couldn’t get room service or an alcoholic beverage in restaurant.

Cons (-) We experienced disturbances from the hallway and neighboring room all night long. (like loud knocking, slamming doors, loud talking and laughing) The noise level was loud as if it was on our own door.
