Customer service was very poor. They will try to sell you additional service form the get go and if you have questions about them, they will not answer them. They will only say, sign or not sign this is your decision. You do not feel comfortable as a client as their is a sense of getting ripped off.

I did not rent a car because I got sick and cancelled. But the Surprice person was very understanding, and he offered to change the date. Unfortunately our itinerary through Europe made that impossible. So I do recommend Surprice!

Place is a scam. Showed up an hour late for car rental, all small cars were taken so made us pay an additional 100euros to use a larger car and charged us for all upgrade insurance options in order to use it. Buyer beware if you don’t have an international drivers license they will overcharge you to compensate for this.

Car was good. But it took more then 2 hours to get it! Staff tried and tried to sell me the ensurece, they told that everything was ok, but then all started again. When I became very angry the renting started to go on.

Very shady pickup location. When we arrived, one of the employees was yelling at someone else and there were several other people standing around with very confused looks on their faces. I had a really bad feeling about the place so we ended up leaving and going to Budget.

The agency not in the airport, we had to wait for a shuttle like more than 20min. Then we they would not allow my driver to pick up the car. The lady at customer service is snubby. I wasted 180Euro for nothing. Not recommended.

When I picked up the car, I was told that office will be open until 11pm for drop off. When I dropped off my car around 10.45pm, I was told that no extra charges will be added since car is undamaged and fuel tank is full. But later when I reviewed the invoice and my credit card, I was charged extra €40 without my consent and knowledge for “After hours drop off fee”. I clearly didn’t do any after hour drop off so felt like a scam pulled by this company!

Expedia did not allow me to pay for insurance during the booking process and informed me to pay $26 at OK Mobility's counter, but during the pick up they asked me to pay €50 instead. So I didn't pick up the car and I only wasted 3 hours negotiating and contacting Expedia with no help and therefore it was a horrible experience for me and my family.

Good location at Faro Airport. Efficiënt system to manage customers. Car handover went smoothly. Car seemed good and competent. However the Engine Light went on approx 90km away from collection on a Sunday. The response was slow and I had to follow up twice. Eventually they instructed me to drive the car back to Faro Airport and exchange it there. I was pressed for time but certainly this detour was necessary. Cost me nearly 3 hours and possibly more than 10Euro in toll fees. The return at Lisbon airport was equally efficient and speedy. I now await the final account to see if the credit me the extra fuel and toll fees that I incurred while returning the car to Faro airport.

All good. Was surprised that Hertz didn’t send me an email or text requesting my flight information so that they knew that it wasn’t running late (giving away my reserved car forcing me to pay more for an upgrade)

Super easy to pick up the car. The person helping us was not pushy with additional services. The lines were short. The car was clean and ready to go. The vehicle worked perfectly. The drop-off location was closed when we got there which was not disclosed to us. That was inconvenient as we had to pay for parking for the evening and there were no instructions for any after-hour drop-offs. When we dropped it off in the morning the process was painless. The employee was equipped with some nice software to quickly process the drop-off via his tablet and we were in and out in 5 minutes. Very slick!
