Nissan car hires in Manchester

I had to wait over an hour for the only person working the rental desk at the hotel to show up. I kept calling and he said 10 more minutes and I will be there.

They took forever!!!! I have never booked with them because of the line I see everytime I get into LA but I just happened to land at 1am and thought it wouldn't be busy but we had to wait 2 hours for a car... ridiculous.

Reserved a certain vehicle and when I went there they didn't have any available and had to cancel my reservation.

Handling of costumer at the desk was very poor. I was denied for the car I had booked and after wasting one and a half hour at desk we were upgraded. There policy was not clear.

The easiest and friendliest car rental process ever! Booked online for Nelson Airport pickup and return Feb ‘24. Cheerful and helpful man at the desk. No surprises. Smooth process. But be aware that there is an extra surcharge for the airport ( ours was $45).

They gave me a ride back to my hotel after I returned the car....

pick up time was quite long but it was a busy day and I just missed one bus so 30 mins wait for the next. Better instructions to locate the bus would help

Despicable

This company is a scam. Despite the fact that I had proof of insurance, they demanded that I show the declaration page of my policy. Of course nobody carries that around. I have been renting cars for many years and proof of insurance is all that is ever required. So they said that in order to rent a car, I would have to buy $46 worth of insurance from them. I left and rented from another company. Please issue a full refund plus an additional $50 for lost time and aggravation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

TPA has a train from the car rental area to the terminal but Easirent is off property so you need to take a shuttle to/from the train stop. The check in was slow. Two people working for a crowded waiting area. The car needed a wash but more importantly it smelled like a mix of pee and smoke. It only had ~8k miles so it wasn’t old but it smelled. The price was right but I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Their support is non-existent. Just pay the little extra to go with a bigger brand and avoid this one.

Easirent was not at airport. It’s halfway across Austin. I abandoned the car pickup and got an UBER to our airBnB instead. When I went to pick up the car later on my second Uber I found it in an industrial park area, which wasn’t terribly concerning, but it had a couple red flags. Just not a place I would want to bring my family. Finally when I arrived the scene was utter chaos. I saw an employee walking around looking for a car clicking the key unlock to locate it while dozens of customers looked destitute and as frustrated as I was with the experience of not finding their car at the airport. As I walked inside I found a waiting area full of crying children and families waiting for cars and a line of the drivers about 8 deep with no one at the counter answering questions. It was then that the same employee from the parking lot walked back in and stepped behind the desk to continue what sounded like a frustrated conversation of a desperate customer to just take the quickest option to get a car and leave. After trying to ask the sole employee what the odds of getting my car in the next hour or two was I decided that I wasn’t prepared to do business with this company and ordered my return Uber to the airBnB and ordered a Turo car for the rest of our visit with a brilliant experience. Hugely disappointing overall. Would not recommend. Please avoid. I haven’t chased down the couple hundred of dollars that we lost on the reservation and not getting a car yet, but I’m not holding my breath.

There were hidden fees, extra charge if you don’t buy the insurance from them ! 8$ per day + the amount that you see on Kayak

On the whole, it was a negative experience. The fuel tank wasn't full, the place was understaffed, and so check-in took a long time. Drop off was chaotic and the car needed maintenance. On the other hand, the shuttle service to the Newark Airport was good, but the drop off/pick up location is with the hotels, not where the other rental cars are located. Also, ACE subcontracts with Drivo, so clients are subjected to Drivo policies and rules.

Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The van we were supposed to take had a slight problem with one sliding door. They immediately set us up with another in a matter of minutes and we were on our way. The vehicle was clean, ran great and suited our needs. We would definitely rent from them again.

Scam. Arrived 'too late' to collect my car – despite having paid in full for the reservation in advance – so my car had been 'given away' and (shock!) the only available car was a luxury BMW, meaning I had to pay a further £250 or be stuck without a car. Shameful practice.

Absolutely faultless, staff for pick up & drop off were very professional and friendly, car was spotless and very comfortable.

Staff was not friendly, lied to us and scammed us. Told us our reservation was cancelled due to not picking up the car in time, even though they were the ones who closed their office early and then never refunded the money.

The car wasn't ready, meaning it was extremely dirty. Also the insurance was 3 times the price for the rent. The person in the office was somewhat helpful .. don't recommend.

That didn't have a car for us.

The worst place to rent a car ever! This place was a scam! Save your self money and time and do not go there! They are a scam!!!
