I didn't get the car I booked, because THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. no alerts, emails, or calls about them missing it, so I was left on the street with my luggage in the middle of the night with an Airbnb booked in another city. next time maybe count your cars before letting people book non-existing ones.

Hello I made reservation through "priceline" But unfortunately when I arrived to Hertz rental car office in TIRANA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. They said we don't have car.and they trying to find excuses and lies. The next day I went to the airport and I rent a car from different company for the amount 750 € I regret this type of business with "Hertz" and I need consideration for this MATTER from YOU. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and attentive. He bought us coffee when we arrived. We had an issue with the car after we left. We had no idea where we were and he somehow found us and gave us a new car. He was a wonderful find.

On pickup car had no gas, low tire pressure light was on, and car covered in dents and scratches. When we returned, they claimed one scratch was new and would cost $700 to repair, then they said we could go if we agreed to pay $350. Clearly a scam they regularly run, as two employees coordinated over the phone and at the office acting like the person not there was the boss and their hands were tied but it was the same two guys.
