Great service.
Pickup - The person behind the counter was more concerned with going home rather than working to get us on our way. Arrived on time but was delayed due to a person who had arrived in front of us but then commented over several minutes about how he should have already left and next time I should be earlier despite arriving at the time that I had booked the vehicle. Not told what the code was for the boom gates to get out of the carpark and only worked it out ourselves with a bit of luck. Drop off - Only six car return bays, all were full on our arrival. Had to park in another bay and hope for the best due to no other information provided. Not advised how to return the car, just "put the keys in the box", not told where to park the car, etc.
Asked for a print out of tax invoice and or email to confirm amount paid. Can this be sent please?
