I waited 40 minutes only to be told to leave the keys in the car and did not get a proper check out. Now I’m getting overcharged 200 dollars by Avis. Now I have to deal with this headache
When enterprise called me thirty minutes before my pick up time to inform me they didn’t have a vehicle for me to use I had to book last minute with Avis. The rate was higher since it was last minute but the rental was great and the pick up drop off easy.
