The employees were great and the check in process was a breeze. I just wish I had known a two door convertible was a potential outcome when I choose to get whatever car they had on hand for a discount.

No complaints - one of the easiest pick up and drop off experiences I've had.
The selection was not what was advertised for that location. I got a much smaller car that had maintenance lights and service needed messages on the dash. I worried the whole trip that the darn thing was going to die. the counter help was good.
Our flight was delayed coming into Durango, CO late at night and I was worried Budget would close and we’d be left stranded without a rental on our wedding weekend! Thankfully, Budget stayed open late until our flight landed and pick-up was a breeze. So appreciative of Budget accommodating our change in plans!
Windshield was cracked and car needed an alignment. The car kept tugging to the left side. Avis drop off was a mess. I waited 40 minutes only to be told to leave the keys in the car and did not get a proper check out. Now I’m getting overcharged 200 dollars by Avis. Now I have to deal with this headache

When enterprise called me thirty minutes before my pick up time to inform me they didn’t have a vehicle for me to use I had to book last minute with Avis. The rate was higher since it was last minute but the rental was great and the pick up drop off easy.
Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at counter. Did the check in etc okay. Was told we had to wait 25 minutes for car to get an oil change… After 1/2 hour I questioned when car was going to be ready and was told it was getting cleaned now. Walked over to hertz got a much nicer car for $200 cheaper. Told the ultra woke hippie wannabe at Enterprise we wanted to cancel… he replied “fine… cancelled… buh-bye” Other enterprise customers watched this and cancelled. Hertz had a good day renting cars for a Monday afternoon.

The "in-town" enterprise location on Durango is filthy and was run by a single poor employee who was overwhelmed. We waited 25 minutes in this shack with no one helping us, because she was out back cleaning a car.! There were 6-8 other people who were waiting for a large car that wasn't there and needed to be first picked up at the airport. The whole experience was frustrating. And because of this large party in front of us, we didn't even have anywhere to sit and wait. When the employee finally explained what was going on -- we felt bad for her. She was doing all she could. But Enterprise should not run an office in this way. The facility is filthy and should be staffed with more people. The car, thankfully, was fine. And drop off at the airport a week later was perfect and the employee there was stellar!
