Waiting in line for a rental pick up in this day and age is ridiculous. Doing so in an uncomfortable parking garage with no seating even more so. Add that to the not-very-pleasant people working there (barking at waitining customers, no eye contact mumbling at counter) and you get the picture. Plus, the car itself had terrible highway noise. Going with the recognized "brand" turned out not to be much better than the super-economical rental agency I decided against.

After having a van reserved for months, upon arrival they told me they no longer rent them and they tried to offer me 2 vehicles to drive 9 people around all week. The sales people were horrible and claim that they had called me several times about the rental which was a lie based on phone records. The company sent me several confirmations and never cancelled the reservation. At the last minute I had to scramble and find a different rental while my group waited at the airport. Horrible!
