I accidentally went to the wrong pickup location and they were kind enough to drive the car to me saving me another cab fare. They also dropped me off at the water taxi after I returned, all free of charge. Can't say enough good things about this location!
AC did not work well. After initial cooldown it went to low cool and would not cool car. Had to turn AC off, wait a minute and turn on again for it to work. Repeat cycle after that over and over. No windshield wiper fluid. Had long hesitation on acceleration from a stop.

I am a repeat customer at Alamo in Belize City, because they have always taken good care of me. They have also provided the most competitive prices. Several trips back I took a "better offer" from a competitor which ended up sending me to a third company, which in turn doubled the stated price. I went back to Alamo the next trip, and now for this trip.

Car worked but Bluetooth did not
The car that was ordered was not available. They gave us the lower comparable car but without any compensation
We arrived BZE and found Budget easily. We asked to change our car because the air didn’t seem to be getting cool enough. No problem. The turn in process was as easy as our checkout process. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. No problems.

The car was actually kind of a piece of garbage. The AC got mediocre cool and the back passenger door wouldn't shut. I ended up having to rent from another car rental because the site.location couldn't fix the problem.

The car had the service engine light on when I rented it. They said it was because of the quality or lack of quality of gas available in Belize. Every time you started the car it said routine maintenance was due. The ASB lights came on from time to time while driving. When starting the car the next time it was cleared out. The car has an awful vibration when you reached speeds just below 50 mph. It was not in the steering wheel so I assumed the tires were out of balance. This was the forth time to rent a car from the airport in Belize. We have never seen such poor quality of a rental car and we have never seen the service engine light on because of the quality of the gas put in the car.
The Suzuki Jimmy was from 2017. Paint and dents on every panel. Windshield had a crack. Vibration from steering wheel caused hands to go numb. At 80 kpm the wheel would jerk back and forth. Air conditioner failed after 1/2 an hour. Avis should be embarrassed to put that on the road. I have to question Avis' standards for quality. Will think twice before using Avis again.

While arriving at destination we were told we had no car….. that they had overbooked and since we did not pay up front for car which was never required or told we needed to do (or I would have done it!) to secure car! Awful feeling to go through on vacation to be told you have no car after you have spent so much money and had planned and secured car many months in advance! Had to go to other local car renal agency and paid double amount that I had originally book for and had no insurance that I could buy with less then a $2000.00 deductible that I could purchase. The experience could not be any worse then I experienced. I will never book through kayak or Asia again …… I will remember and I will tell everyone I could possibly tell to do the same. Not the last you have heard from me ….. I can assure you of that!

There was no car available. The third party we reserved the car through your website is requesting an enormous amount of information before they forward us a refund for a car that we paid to rent but never received. Stop dealing with QEEQ.COM !!!!!
