Car was dirty. Storage area for Jeep Grand Cherokee had not been cleaned. Looked like someone brought the sand from beach with them
They didn’t walk the car just handed me the keys. When I arrived at my destination they stated I should have demanded them to walk the car because there’s damage on the side door that had been obviously touched up. I don’t think I should ask an agent to walk the car they should know to walk their rentals.

The car that I chose or anything similar was not available... The only car the had available was a small vehicle which was not what I needed for the weekend
