The card that I booked the car with was a debit card so when I switched into a credit card, the rate for the car went up $100. Filthy

Over 2 hour line to get cars with no cars available. I made my reservation 6 weeks ahead. Line was not moving. Ultimately had to get a car from Sixt for $800 My rate with Budget was $288. Quite a shock to have to pay so much at the last minute. Carol Blee

Spent almost 2 hours waiting for vehicle. When we got the van (which was not in the correct parking spot), 6 person family including 6 month old baby and grandmother was told we had to unpack out of the van and into a new one. The new van was not washed and 3/4 tank full. After a long day of traveling, this was a nightmare.
