I booked with the flight times and when I would pick up the car. The time listed was 5 pm which is when the counter was closing. I arrived early only to find they close at 4 and I could not get the car I paid for. I was extremely lucky to find a car at another company as it was the last at that location not booked. I had to pay a high fee to get that and so far have not been refunded the car I booked here. Never will use this service again!

They went above and beyond. We dropped the van off 20 minutes before they closed. We left and we realized about 2 minutes until your office closed that my granddaughter forgot her wallet, we called and Chris checked the vehicle and called us back and said it was there and waited until we got back there so we could pick her wallet up, I was dropping her off at the train station and she needed her ID. Thank you very much!!

Pick up was a bit of a hassle since there was only one employee and he was out servicing a car during our pickup time. We had to wait about 30 mins for him to come back to the desk. The car we rented was nice but it was dirty and filled with animal hair. I am allergic so I had a reaction in the car. I notified the drop of agent but they were in a hurry. Pricing was fair but due to the animal fur and cleanliness of the car I was disappointed with the rental.
