The pickup was so crowded late at night that we ended up not renting. Either overbooking or not having enough staffing shows complete inconsideration for the customer.

I called to confirm that the car could be returned early and that we would only be charged for one day of rental. I returned the car and was charged for 3 days. The person I checked the car in with said I needed to talk to someone at the desk inside. I went inside and the line was over an hour long. I asked an employee if I needed to wait in line to resolve this and he said yes. I ultimately gave up and I ended up missing my flight home. After getting home I sent an email about the incorrect charges and I still haven’t received a response a week later.

I had to walk back and forth from the car to the office 3 times because one thing or another was wrong! The man helping me was rude, and didn’t even care about my complaints. I don’t think I will go with Budget next time
