Enjoyed most of the process but getting/walking to get/drop off car is extremely difficult for people like me with a walking disability. And not pleased with the added charges to my rental at the drop-off

I was among many who had a reservation, but no car available. The staff was very friendly and tried to help. They did after some time come up with a smaller car, but they could not take my company card as it did not have my name but the company name. I have since opened a company account.
