Everything was smooth.
Could have beenCleaner and a New model. A bit old. Way way too expensive Had to wait a long time to pick up the van. If you have a pay a large very large premium for a car it should be clean and immediately available. Extremely generic car for huge amt of $$$
they didn't save my rental car, so had to pay some other car rental agency to book a car that would fit our needs.
There was nothing to like. There was no car available even though I had made the reservation on July 10, 2021. If there was a ranking below poor-- like abysmal-- I would have chosen it. I made the reservation through Priceline, which I had never done before. I will never again use Priceline or Budget.
Communication is extremly poor and prices online and prices at the ports are different ( NAS- BUDGET) I will never use this service again
