Could have beenCleaner and a New model. A bit old. Way way too expensive Had to wait a long time to pick up the van. If you have a pay a large very large premium for a car it should be clean and immediately available. Extremely generic car for huge amt of $$$

The shop closed 2 hours earlier than the actual closing time. We couldn’t pick our car even if we mentioned the pick up time. We had to rent with another company.

We got there after booking a reservation and they didn't even have any vehicles for us and said there was nothing they could do. 40 min walk, all for nothing. Worst rental car business I've ever been to.

Car was worn out with interior trim missing,dinged and dented all over.suspension worn and noisy. Counter person bored and lacklustre both on pick up and drop off.

Yes, staff was very nice. But the quality of the car was poor. Ot was even dangerous to drive it.from minute one, the motor was not responding to the gas pedal. In my opinion the motor was not good. From zero to eany speed, you had to play with the gas pedal. The car was not listening to the gas pedal. Because of that, the motor stopped twice. As result....no power steering. Witch resulted once that I hit a boardwalk.

Since the engine was not responding to the gas pedal, from minute one, the staff should have given me a safer car. This was dangerous

Dollar should not be renting cars like this. The gas gauge didn't work, so you have no idea how much gas is in the car, or if your going to run out and get stranded... The driver's side window didn't work, so you had to run the AC to try to keep the car cool, which was inadequate during the day. Also the remote door locks didn't work, so that was a bit inconvenient. The car is a bit old and beat up. It looks like the interior seats and such were unclean and a bit nasty... They charge really good money for this car and I felt like I was taken advantage of. I went to exchange it and they said that they did not have a car that they could exchange it for.

Reception at the rental centre could not have been better. I have not yet returned the car but have needed to extend the rental. This was done over the phone with the same young lady and, again, exceptional competence and service. Prices are a bit high but what else is new in the Bahamas!

They did not find my booking even though it was on the system with the right booking number and name, so I had to ask all other car rentals before they finally realised they do have me. The car we rented was very worn down, seat belt not working, clutch very bad, very small car compared to what we expected (different make and model, than rented). Drop off is hard to find, bad signage. Generally very low value for the paid amount. The only good thing is that the air condition of the car worked well.

Cost off daily rental is expensive end for mediocre vehicle. For week 1k for Hyundai, 5 year old car with paint coming off and bumper loose. Just over priced.

Their offices were closed in spite of us having a pickup scheduled. They then made us taxi all the way out to the airport to pick up our car from a different location after we were finally able to reach them. Called maybe 10-15 times on the day of our reservation and only got through once to finally get our car 6 hours after our initial reservation started
