Quick, friendly. Could have used some early drop off instructions…. No one at Budjet at the drop off. An older gentleman working the lot told me to take photos of the mileage and he took the keys to drive the car around to park and to put in the box. My card still shows $200 more on the charge that the quote. Just a little concerned at the moment. . Once my card is reimbursed the $200 I will feel better.

Pros:Staff was changing cars to better fit our party of four. Ease of pick up.

I accidentally kept the keys in my pocket after I returned the car and found them before I went through security. The shuttle driver took them for me no problem. The entire rental experience was completely hassle-free.
