It was some distance from the airport, adding an extra hour to my trip. The person helping me was kind and polite. The downside was that while I was expecting the price to be around $200 it was actually around $350. The additional $300 security deposit, despite adding the insurance, was also not expected.

Thought was at airport but not - annoying and time consuming Also did have the class if car we booked and had another four door sedan but tried to upsell fir $30 per day which was absurd as they are the ones who ran out of our reserved vehicle not us Only offered a mini van at same price but should have offered another four door at same price but would not Terrible customer service and worse training as to making the customer priority one - really weak

The app I used to book the rental (Kayak) didn't make it obvious or clear that NU was off site. Nor was there instructions for where to find the shuttle. I lugged bags all over the Phoenix rental car structure until I finally found it, then it was outside in 111 degree heat. Ability to communicate with NU once I found the shuttle waiting area was impossible. Very long hold times on the phone. The staff beginning with the shuttle van driver were very kind and very helpful and I believe did their very best. Thank you to them because if they were not so kind and helpful this review would be quite different.

Great car! Great staff! Great drop off in SLC. Pick up in AZ was NOT good! When you get to the pickup area it is outside after you walk a little bit. There was supposed to be a courtesy van waiting. No van there. 3 different groups were there waiting in the 100 heat. All had reservations. We called the company. Got put on a cue line. Waited 15 minutes before we gave up and got a taxi to take us to the location. The shuttle was sitting at the place we went to get the car. Need a more reliable system for pickup with the shuttle. A direct line to the shuttle service would work.

The tagline of “pick Enterprise and we’ll pick you up” doesn’t apply outside of a 4 mile radius apparently. Bummer. Outside of that, staff at this location were friendly and laid back, super helpful in reviewing the contract before and after. Vehicle was clean. Would use Enterprise again, just need to find one closer to the house I guess.

The staff were very busy. My reservation was handled professionally and timely. They picked me up at my motel and brought me to their business to pick up my car. Likewise, after I dropped the car off they took me back to my motel. The staff showed extremely good courtesy and friendliness under pressure. I’d definitely use them, again!

Pick up was very friendly and efficient. Drop off was confusing. No directions by signage or communicative personnel. We were steered wrong at drop off requiring extra steps and unnecessary waits in line. Car was not cleaned properly, even to the point of empty soda bottles in back seat. Windshield wipers were completely absent. So glad it did not rain more than one out of seven days! We would have told a staff member IF a human was available to report to.

There was confusion about where the pickup and drop off were. I asked kayak for airport locations, but we actually got pickup/dropoff locations a few miles away from the airport. Wasn't a big deal, just a couple uber rides and the price was 50% below what we would have paid at the airport...just wish communication was clearer. They didn't have the car we paid for at the Phoenix pickup, so we exchanged a few days later. It was all worth it cuz the price was right.

The employee that helped us was wonderful. I didn’t get his name but he was great. We were very tired from traveling and I thought I had a reservation but he couldn’t find it. Instead of making it a problem he just asked what I needed and found a car that would work. It was very easy and he was great.

I got to Avis at Airport. They told me my rental was in the city. I paid a lot more for my car at the airport. When I booked, I requested car at PHX airport. How did I get one in the city? Switcheroo ! Bad bad bad Kayak! Never again.

This location was overwhelmed when I arrived to pick up the rental, was overwhelmed when I dropped off the rental, the people handling drop off were rude and too busy to offer directional assistance on my first time in AZ. The counter people upgraded me when I did not ask to be upgraded. They then charged me FULL PRICE for the upgrade and not the agreed upon amount from the website. The car's exterior was filthy with the mirrors and windows being so spotted that they were difficult to see through. The counter was/is severely understaffed.

The first car we got was undrivable the front end shook so badly that we could not drive the car to California so we returned the car and got another one. Obviously maintenance was not performed on the first one. Second car shook a little bit, but not as bad as the first so we made it to California.
