I had two picture i.d.’s, return flight info. Wouldn’t rent me a car b/c soft credit check denied. I do not have any debt, no credit cards. My credit has always been good.

Do not rent from this location and possibly not from this company. They will “find” a minute half inch hairline scratch under a bumper (pretty sure they put it there themselves) and try to scam you for thousands to repair it. Wonder how many renters have paid for the same invisible and out of sight scratch. As another car rental agency said, “that’s ridiculous. If we had our cars our for repairs for small scratches we wouldn’t have any to rent out.” Super scammers. Be careful. Go elsewhere.
