Brilliant experience! This involved a smooth admin / documentation process at the arrivals window; outstanding attendant that prepared and loaded the car with baggage; provided water and information to assist with the transition; an clean car that was up to standard; a simple drop-off process at the airport; and finally a quick refund of the deposit. Only drama was that the booking description of the vehicle on Momondo (estate intermediate wagon) did not match the records at Enterprise. I suspect this is an issue from Momondo's end. Also, very little information on terms and conditions on Momondo website regarding deposit, excess amount, rental conditions etc. This should be much more clear. Although Momondo refers to read the terms and conditions - there are none to be found throughout the process. This should be rectified as I thought I was taking a risk at the time of booking and left it to chance. Finally, the car was not available at the Enterprise office and I was provided with a genuine upgrade. Thank you Enterprise for the exceptional experience.
