Landed in Munich to pickup car and there was nobody staffing the Eurocar booth. I called support and got a snarky CSR who told me to go back into the terminal, thru security and find it there. I tried to explain that one cannot just go back thru security into a terminal. She told me everyone does it. Finally she passed me to an agent who informed me that the agency booth had moved around the corner (literally 20 yards). I walked around and found that agent who was very helpful in getting us checked in and even helped us get a larger car since the original wasn't big enough to hold 5 people and 8 bags. So the initial agent was a nightmare but the second was very helpful.
