The shuttle took more than a half hour to pick us up at the Denver airport. Once at the counter, the clerk tried hard to make us agree to "upgrades" (expensive ones). The car had over 80,000 miles on it. The brakes made the car vibrate, and the audio through Bluetooth kept disconnecting all the time, which made it difficult to follow GPS instructions from our phone. Not very happy with this company.

Cons:Shuttle bus was infrequent and too small to accommodate the line of people waiting. Our family skipped the shuttle bus and took a taxi to the rental facility.
