I was appreciative of the car rental company coming to pick us up even though we were running late. I was told the last time to be picked up was 7:30p and the car rental company closed at 8:00p. The shuttle at the airport took forever to get there then there were a ton of stops so it took forever to get to the drop off site. Thankfully communicated this with them and they still picked us up after 7:30p. We got to the office a little after 8:00p and they still gave us our car. Also, I provided proof of my own full coverage insurance to the company and they did not force me to buy their car insurance coverage.

Not all the expenses were clear. They took a picture with a cellphone of my credit card both ways in from and behind that makes my feel insecure. They didnt tell me about transit restrictions at the beginning, and they were unable of get a permission. The worse experience
Was not able to get a car
Super easy pick up and drop off. Very friendly staff. Difficult to find the office and if someone is dropping you off be aware that the Regus carpark is not free and has cameras as you go in.
