Good afternoon! the company e interprise did not give me the rental car, claiming that I did not have a physical document of my driving license. I presented my digital wallet, because in Brazil I don't need a physical document. therefore, the car was not delivered to me. Yours sincerely

I tried to extend my rental for an extra day, but after spending way over an hour on the phone with about 5 different people, nobody could help me so I was unable to keep it. It was very frustrating. I kept being told my rental had a hold on it and to call the pick-up location, but that location was closed on Sunday.

Verify your car carefully, take the picture around the car, show those crashes mark and ask the representative of Herz sign the paper. When I pick up my car at the parking myself, the SUV has 10% damage marks around the car. I took the pictures, back to the rental office and asked them to sign the paper.

Aucune indication claire pour la recharge électrique. J’ai payé les frais extra pour recharger quand je voulais sans avoir à payer ou ramener la voiture à pleine charge et dans plusieurs stations à recharge, ça m’a indiqué “fond insuffisant, impossible de charger” je n’ai rien compris et Hertz ne répondait pas au téléphone donc c’était hyper stressant. J’ai été dans un stationnement intérieur et payé 2h pour pouvoir la recharger. On ne m’avait aucunement expliqué même si j’ai dis que c’était la première fois que je conduisais une Tesla. De plus, j’avais l’impression d’avoir des pneus d’été tellement la voiture n’avait pas d’adhérence.

The downtown Montreal car pickup location didn’t have any vehicle to fulfill my booking, the manager of downtown Montreal location made it right by driving us to another location to get into a vehicle.
