Car itself was great. Issue was pickup. When we showed up it took roughly an hour for them to get the car. They were having inventory issues

They changed my drop off time without informing me and charged me for it. Then they also upgraded my car even though I specifically wanted the cheapest rental! The additional taxes are just crazy. I thought I was renting a car for $145 but the total bill ended up $290 even after declining coverage.
